Cancellation/prepayment
- A full payment is required when you make the reservation and based on the rate choosen, the following refund policies are applied.
- Our rates allow a total refund untill 2 weeks before check-in and a 50% refund from 2 weeks untill 24 hours of check-in.
- Non refundable rates (generally 10% cheaper than normal rates) won’t be refunded, except for the cleaning fee which is always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
- Refunds might have transfer costs and (if any) commissions applied to the payment we received will and be deducted from the refund.
Children and beds
Child policies
- Children of any age are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children 5 years and above will be charged as adults at this property.
- To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
Cot and extra bed policies
No cots or extra beds are available.
Age restriction
At least one of the guest must be an adult of 18 years or older unless written permission is provided by the structure.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties
Parties/events are not allowed
Quiet hours
Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
The fine print
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
