The flat is located in the liveliest district of the city, in Corso San Gottardo, a street of old Milan, in the quiet inner courtyard in a typically Milanese ‘casa di ringhiera’. Renowned bohemian quarter with dozens of places offering aperitifs, cocktails and music all year round.

The space

Porta Ticinese Apartment – Navigli offers air-conditioned accommodation (air conditioning and fan) with a patio and free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and garden views.  10Verified Magnifique séjour! ☺L’appartement est parfait! D’un calme ABSOLU, un bel havre de paix au sein de Milan! À 4 mn à pied des canaux de Navigli. Nous avons tout fait à pied (duomo, brera), vraiment un tres bon plan logement à Milan ☹Rien a redire, coin cuisine complet (cafetière, plaque de cuisson, torchon) douche impeccable et spacieuse, manquerai un petit porte serviette dans la Salle de bain mais c’est vraiment du chipotage

 10Verified Beautiful cost stay, with eveything at your finger tips. ☺It was a beautiful stay. The location was ideal, it’s so close to the Navalgi canal, and there is lots of great places around. The train is a walkable distance. You also feel like you’re a local, as you’re living with all locals around in the apartment. The host Dora was so kind and send us a lovely list of recommendations nearby and was SO helpful. I definetly recommend the local ice cream place they mentioned and the lunch place beside Duomo. Would definetly stay here again. ☹Honestly I can’t think of anything.

 Verified Dora was super friendly when we met her, she showed us how everything worked and gave local recommendations. The apartment had everything we needed including fridge with small freezer compartment, large double bed, comfortable firm mattress and great quality bed linen. We slept so well, it’s very quiet for such a central location. Plenty of towels and nice quality extras including body lotion.  Verified Mi sono trovato molto bene in questo monolocale silenziosissimo, molto ben arredato, in un cortile tradizionale della vecchia Milano.Ii negozi e bar di una strada animata autentica ma non ancora ‘gentrificata’ come corso San Gottardo sono stati una sorpresa piacevole. Ho apprezzato anche le ‘dritte’ di Dora e Augustus sui ristoranti e locali.

 Verified Appartement confortable au sein d’une résidence privée ! Très bien situé avec arrêt de tram au pied de la résidence menant directement à la place du Duomo (sinon compter 20 minutes à pied) et à 5 minutes à pied du quartier de Navigli (restaurants et bars) !

 Verified Loved the little apartment. It is in a calm backyard and street, but a lively area with restaurants and bars around the corner - which was perfect. Walking by the canals in the evening was so nice. Plus the host is super friendly and the apartment has everything you need for a short stay, even air condition. 100% recommend. Just know that there are steps to be taken up to the apartment (if you have heavy luggage, or not accessible for very old or disordered ppl).

 Verified Ein super schönes Apartment in top Lage! Wir wurden super freundlich und herzlich empfangen und der Check-in und out waren sehr unkompliziert.Zu Fuß ist man in 30 Minuten beim Mailänder Dom.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Siamo stati ospiti di Dora e Augustus per un soggiorno di 3 notti a Milano, zona Navigli. Appartamentino molto caratteristico, ben pensato e completo di ogni comfort: dal fon per i capelli ai campioncini di crema corpo, dal condizionatore all'angolo cottura e finanche una piccola lavatrice. Siamo stati accolti, come primi ospiti, da una fresca bottiglia di Prosecco inaugurale, che abbiamo consumato nel piccolo ambiente esterno, composto da un tavolino e due sedie, immerso nel caratteristico cortile di un piacevole e tranquillo palazzo milanese. La posizione è stata perfetta per il nostro viaggio, a 10 min a piedi dalla metro verde, vicinissima alla fermata di diversi tram e a 5 minuti a piedi dai Navigli. Unica la disponibilità di Dora che via WhatsApp ci ha fornito tutte le info utili per raggiungere l'appartamento dall'aeroporto.
